What we collect

When you order, create an account, sign up for alerts or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the Knutsford Express office you choose, your order details and any message you send. When you upload a payment receipt, we keep that image with your order.

Like most websites we also record basic usage — pages and products viewed, and items added to cart — to understand what customers like. This is tied to a random session code, not to your name.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, confirm your payment, send order updates, answer your messages, and — only if you signed up — tell you about new merch. If you entered your email at checkout but didn’t finish, we may send a reminder about your cart.

Payments

We don’t collect card numbers. Bank transfers, PayPal and Cash App payments happen with those providers; we only record that your payment was received.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share only what’s needed to get your order to you (for example, your name and phone number with Knutsford Express) and with the service providers that run this website and its email.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time, update your details under My account, or ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us. We handle personal data in line with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020.
