Terms of Sale

Orders

Placing an order reserves your items. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order that stays unpaid, or if an item turns out to be unavailable — if you already paid, you’ll get your money back.

Prices

Prices are in Jamaican dollars (JMD) unless shown otherwise. Your order total at checkout is the amount to pay; any GCT or delivery charge is shown before you place the order.

Payment

We accept bank transfer (JMD and USD), PayPal and Cash App. Use your order number as the payment reference and send your receipt through your confirmation page, Track your order, or WhatsApp.

Pickup

Orders travel by Knutsford Express to the office you choose. Please collect within the time Knutsford Express allows; bring your order details and ID if asked.
